Our family photo shoot sessions are always great fun. Lots of time is spent chasing the little ones around the studio, there are lots of giggles, playing and often bribery with chocolate! We keep our sessions light hearted and fun to make sure we capture the kids personalities in the photos. Although it may seem like chaos at the time – the results are always stunning. It’s also the perfect time to get photos of the whole family (including the dog!). We have hundreds thousands of photos of Kieran and us on our phones – but precious few of all of us together. It’s rare we take a selfie stick out for a walk! And once they are on our phones, that is generally where they stay.

Our Family and Children Photo Shoots take place with our fully equipped studio, near Bodmin in Cornwall. Our clients come to us from across Cornwall and beyond. The furthest distance travelled (so far) is from Switzerland – but our regular clients come from Wadebridge, Falmouth, Bodmin and Truro, up to Bude, St Austell and Newquay. We also have a number of clients come to us from ‘over the border’ in Okehampton, Exeter and Plymouth!

These photo sessions can take place during the week, or on weekends if the kids are at school. Dogs (and other pets) are more than welcome in the studio – so don’t forget to bring them along too. There is plenty of free parking at the studio, and we have full disabled access if required.

Working with ‘kids and animals’ is always a little unpredictable. We don’t expect them to be little angels for the entire session – we are parents (and the owners of a Springer Spaniel!) and know what to expect. We try to make sure your little ones feel relaxed in the studio, and take time with them where needed before starting with the photos. On average, our studio sessions last up to around an hour, with plenty of time for an outfit change or snack if needed.

When you book a photo session with us at our studio in Cornwall, we will send you all the information you need about your shoot, what you need to bring, what to expect, and how to get to the studio if it’s your first visit. However, if you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.
